Very good people there. I had delivery, came late night, got parking there bcoz the place of parking there open. Restroom inside but u have to ask them. Truck stops near.
I want everyone to know that Waterloo Container is not just for the big businesses. Patrick helped "little ole me" with a small job that I had started. He helped me find the perfect size bottles to match my exhisting ones. He went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with my project's outcome. Patrick and Waterloo Container should get 10 stars on customer service, satifaction and variety of products to choose from. If you need it, they've got it!

If you Picking up here or delivering be extra careful while checking in or dealing with the grownup gentleman with grey hair in the shipping office. Listen him carefully because he’s very cruel and rude creature specially if you have a dark skin or have an accent. The dude will do everything in his power to screw you up. Remember you’ll be there for few mns or hrs and your goal is pickup or delivery your load peacefully and mind your own business so be patient with him. I asked him “You wanna me move the trailer tandems sir” which requires simple answer yes or no but the rest is history.

Fantastic flip-top Belgian beer bottles, at a great price and with excellent service. They don’t mind a tiny purchaser like me buying a few cases to bottle all my homemade wine. Now I never have to buy storebought wine, and I never need to buy corks. Every homebrewer should get to know these folks.
