Great experience
DJ Jake did a great job at our wedding reception! He listened to what we wanted, helped us come up with an event timeline, and made helpful suggestions. We provided a playlist of songs we liked, and Jake used that as a jumping off point for the music at the reception. Our guests all had a great time! We also hired a solo violinist through Washington Talent to play during the ceremony and cocktail hour - she did a great job as well.

Jake was an amazing vendor to work with. He and his team were extremely responsive, professional, and truly set the bar when it came to music and mixing. The quality of the music was above the rest and kept the energy exactly where it needed to be throughout the event. I especially appreciated having a meeting scheduled prior to the wedding to go over all the final details—it made the wedding day run incredibly smoothly. DJ Jake Sherman at Washington Talent is a party master! He kept the party going at my wedding reception all night long. Every guest from our grandparents, to our siblings, to our friends was on the dance floor having a blast for hours. DJ Jake read our crowd flawlessly and curated an amazing song list that everyone could party to. He was also a great communicator and helped our entire reception from speeches and first dances to the Horah and dance floor flow flawlessly for us and our guests. On top of making our night amazing, Jake is so nice and easy to work with. He was always willing to chat and answer any questions we had through the planning process. Wedding Reception
We booked DJ Sam Sherman for our wedding reception. I am so pleased with how everything turned out. To begin, WTA was extremely responsive and gave us information on which DJs were available for our date. We ended up booking DJ Sam and we are so glad that we did. He was incredibly responsive and organized, as well as just being an overall nice and pleasant person. We also had hired a Saxophonist (completely separate from WTA) and despite him running late for our cocktail hour, Sam was able to quickly set up music to provide during cocktail hour which was seamless and very much appreciated. He was incredibly professional and overall a great vibe. Our guests had the best time and I truly attribute a lot of that to Sam. I highly recommend WTA and DJ Sam!

We had Sam as our DJ for our wedding reception in June, and he made our wedding so fun and special! We had a blast on the dance floor and so did our guests - we got a lot of compliments on the music selection and we were so happy to see a great mix of our friends, families, and parent's friends on the dance floor throughout the night. Sam was very easy to work with, got our vision right away, and incorporated a lot of songs from the playlist we sent him with the types of songs we wanted to hear. We had a band for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and an extended hora, and Sam worked easily with them and made the transition feel seamless.

I only have great things to say about Sam. He was extremely attentive, responsive, and timely throughout the entire planning process. He operated with a sense of professionalism you’d expect for a wedding ceremony while maintaining a “cool DJ” vibe. On the day of our ceremony, he truly made all the special moment stand out taking time to make sure he pronounced everyone’s names correctly and keeping everyone dancing the entire night long.

When planning our wedding, one of the only things we knew we wanted was the night to be a big dance party … DJ Jake delivered just that!! He was so fun, easy to plan with, and made the reception so seamless for us. He brought the best energy to get our guests excited and dancing. The dance floor was packed the ENTIRE night - all our guests could not stop talking about how they had never been to a wedding where EVERYONE danced for so long. Other guests told me they just could not get off the dance floor because each song that came on was another awesome hit! Jake totally got our vibe and picked the best songs for our night just from a few of our “must have songs. ”It was truly the best and most fun night of our lives, and DJ Jake played a HUGE part in making that happen. Through Jake we also hired a strings duo for our ceremony & cocktail hour, a saxophone player for the reception, and uplights for the ballroom. Each was 1000% worth it and added the most special touch to our day! Thank you for everything, Jake!!

We cannot recommend DJ Ralph enough! He made us feel at easy from the very beginning, super friendly, always responded quickly to any questions we had, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making our big day exactly what we wanted. Not to mention he was an AMAZING DJ! His song selections were spot-on, and he kept the energy high all night. We received so many compliments from our guests about how great he was…hire him!

Ever since our first call with DJ Jake, we knew we had to have him as our wedding DJ! His personality is upbeat, fun, and full of energy - everything you want a DJ and MC to be. His communication throughout the process was fast, and he adapted to last minute changes and requests with no issue. We had people on the dance floor the entire night! He also did an AMAZING job leading the hora. We had a good chunk of guests that had never participated in a hora before, and he gave great instructions that made everyone not only feel comfortable participating but also have a great time while dancing to the hora and helping with the chair lift. It was amazing working with Chuck and DJ Marc for our wedding. They were really responsive from the beginning and made it super easy for us to plan the playlist for our wedding. We provided a list of must-play songs, and DJ Marc filled in the rest. Everyone loved his song choices which made the environment super fun. We'll definitely recommend them to family and friends!
