When we first started our building work, I was terrified. It’s such a huge investment, and there’s so much that can go wrong. I spent hours Googling, searching on Facebook, and asking around — but couldn’t find any clear recommendations. We met with eight different suppliers, and when we came across Warm Roof, I immediately liked them. Still, I hesitated because they were a smaller company. So, I decided to go with Anglian Home instead. Even though I’d read plenty of negative reviews, I assumed a big company would be the safer choice. The sales rep was great on his house visit - but after that, things went downhill fast. Communication was terrible. I waited ages for replies, emails went unanswered, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that if service was this bad before signing, it would be even worse after, especially if I ever had an issue! That’s when I decided to trust my gut and go with Warm Roof and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made! Every single step of the process was flawless. Shaun was patient and responsive, answering all my (many!) questions. The installation team was fantastic, even making a last-minute change when I changed my mind, something they had every right to refuse. But Shaun went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy. And I am! The finished result is absolutely perfect. The difference in the warmth of our house is incredible, far beyond what we expected. I honestly cannot recommend Warm Roof highly enough. Shaun even has my number if anyone ever wants to confirm my recommendation personally.

Absolute Gem of a Company. I've Got nothing but absolute total respect for Shaun, Emma and their family run company. Right from the start when Shaun came from warm roof division to give a quote there was no pushy sales tactics. He explained everything professionaly and was very respectful of my time and left me to have a good think about it. The quote was halfway between local builders and the very top companies for Supalite conservatory roof tiles installation. After the job was completed I'm now soo happy I've got a conservatory roof that not only looks fantastic, but will last a long time. It's also cool in the melting summer we're having and most probably will keep the warmth in the winter. I thoroughly recommend Warm Roof Division, you won't be disappointed if you choose them for your conservatory roof tiling needs.

Recently had our glazed conservatory roof replaced by Shaun and his team. The work was completed to a very high standard and the guys were hard working and skilled. We had a slight problem prior to the installation with an inadequate gutter and Shaun was able to resolve this for us in the new design. We are so pleased with our new ceiling which is much higher than we thought and the addition of downlights is great. We are already seeing a difference in the room with the recent hot weather and we can't wait to see what it will be like in the winter. The conservatory feels more like part of the house and we hope to be able to use it all year round. Externally, the replacement tiled roof looks so much better and fits in well with the house. We would have no hesitation in recommending Shaun and his team.

Replacement conservatory roof We recently had our glazed conservatory roof replaced and the recent hot weather had proved how well insulated it is. Shaun visited on a couple of occasions, firstly to explain the product and secondly to measure up when we decided we would like to go ahead. He was very friendly and the quote was very well itemized. We felt confident that we were in safe hands. We had had a problem with an inadequate gutter and Shaun managed to incorporate something much more suitable into the new design. The delivery took place on the scheduled date but the first day of work was delayed as there was a problem on the M25 and the guys could not make it to our house. The following day they were able to do some work but had to leave after about 3 hours with reassurances that they would be able to 'crack on' the following day. Indeed they were true to their word and the following day, the roof was removed, the new framework installed and we were left water tight and secure for the weekend. During the following days, an electrician arrived to wire and fit down lighting and the very skilled plasterers came to finish off the ceiling. There was an issue with the wrong ridge tiles being sent by the suppliers and these were fitted and finished in a timely manner. The guys were friendly and hard working and despite a couple of hitches with traffic and wrong items sent, we would have no hesitation in recommending Shaun and his team. The finished product is of high quality and all necessary paperwork including building regulations were sorted out by a very efficient Emma in the office. We are looking forward to winter so we can see how well our conservatory is insulated but already we are noticing a marked difference and our conservatory feels more like an extra room rather than a goldfish bowl attached to the house. Well worth the money!

The Warm Roof Division replaced my conservatory in October 2024. Shaun was fantastic to deal with and his crew took my old conservatory down and built a new one in 3 days. Fantastic job and incredible value for money. The Leka roof is brilliant. My conservatory was a sweat box in the summer and an ice box in the winter. It would also make the rest of the house boiling hot in the summer months. It is now usable all year round and my house no longer turns into an oven in the summer time. It has been life changing. I can’t recommend these guys enough. So happy with the results.

Installation of Leka roof We have just had a Leka Roof installed by Warm Roof Division. We would like to commend firstly, Shaun Worsfold the owner for his patience, advice, detailed communication about schedule of works and his ability to listen to what we wanted.. thus ensuring that our experience with Warm Roof Division was a pleasant one. Shaun coordinated his staff well, ensuring that the fitter, the electrician and plasterers were where they should be during every phase of the installation. Shaun was not at all pushy and was able to allay our initial fears, and answer all our questions, satisfactorily. This review would not be complete if we did not mention Jack the fitter and his team. Jack and his team were remarkable; exceptional attention to detail which resulted in the excellent transformation of our conservatory. This company provides an excellent product. They are excellent communicators. Each of trades needed to install the roof arrived promptly each day and worked hard to complete the work. It was excellently project managed to bring in each trade at the appropriate time and they all kept the area very tidy. Even the man clearing the rubbish at the end was methodical. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and the service they provide. A really good team and nice people.

From the initial consultation visit to clearance of site, this project was exemplary. The whole team were friendly, courteous and considerate. Little touches like an on-site Portaloo were very much appreciated. The work undertaken was very high quality and we have been left with an excellent conservatory replacement with a solid roof. We were amazed at what they achieved in a short period of time. I would highly recommend them - one of the best experiences we've when renovating our house.

Endorsement Reference Warm roof division replaced the glass roof of our conservatory with a tiled one with insulated ceiling. plastering and lighting. Through every step they were excellent - the initial consultation/quote was clear and thorough, with no hard sales technique or pressure. We were kept updated throughout the process which was subject to late changes due to weather. The previous roof leaked and we were worried this might continue. Initially it did, but Shaun and his team were very thorough in finding the cause and reassured us they wouldn't rest until it did. They thoroughly checked and replaced some work, but eventually discovered it was down to very porous house bricks. They then covered the rear of the house with sealant which seems to have solved the problem (it has remained dry through several very heavy downpours that would previously have caused a leak). I cannot recommend them enough.
