Sheba Sanjay arrived at the appointed time. Nothing was rushed. We cuddled Sheba whilst a canula was inserted. She didn't even flinch and seemed very calm. She passed away very quickly and painlessly. Sad but necessary and compasionate end to Shebas long life.

From the very beginning, everything happened exactly as we had been told, with such professionalism, kindness, sensitivity and genuine understanding of how difficult this moment was for our family. I couldn't have asked for a kinder, more compassionate way to say a final farewell to my poorly cat. Sanjay the vet was just so kind, gentle, professional and warm. There was absolutely no rush, and the way he handled little Roland was incredibly dignified. He also showed me a huge amount of empathy and kindness - I was alone with my toddler daughter throughout the process, which came with its own challenges, and he managed this so well. Thank you very much, Sanjay - you are doing what must be one of the most difficult, and most important jobs out there. Salisbury pet owners and animal lovers are very lucky to have your services available to them.

Professional & Personable Sevice throughout Such a compassionate and caring service provided by the whole team at Warm Embrace. From the first phone call with Kieran to Hannah arriving with our dogs ashes everything was done with such thoughtfulness and kindness. Absolutely appalled by this company, “ Your Warm Embrace UK with Warm Embrace UK at 04:00pm (UK, Ireland, Lisbon Time) on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 is scheduled.” They were a complete no show, we sat for an hour waiting on their arrival, only to have to last minute book a scarce appointment at the local vets due to my dogs health. Genuinely can’t believe it.

We used Warm Embrace for our cat Wilfred recently. He hated going into the cat basket to the Vet, so we thought this would be a kinder and less stressful option for him and us. It was a very good decision - they were absoutely lovely. We received a great service when booking the appointment and asking questions, and also on Wilfreds final day. The Vet was so understanding and sensitive to our needs. He explained every part of the process and treated Wilfred with dignity and respect throughout. We could not have had a better service and would highly recommend them.
