Such a compassionate and caring service provided by the whole team at Warm Embrace. From the first phone call with Kieran to Hannah arriving with our dogs ashes everything was done with such thoughtfulness and kindness. Sanjay was extremely considerate and didn’t rush us in our goodbyes, he explained clearly what would happen and made a heartbreaking decision a little easier. Thankyou again to the whole team.
