Overall we loved and appreciated our experience with Waikiki Boat Charters very much. We hired them to celebrate our father's life as we scattered his ashes in the Pacific. The boat captain and mate were efficient and knowledgeable and maintained a kind and respectful demeanor throughout our time with them. Hawaii and the magic of the Pacific provided a perfect backdrop, complete with a rainbow as we headed towards sunset. The setting made us all feel our father's presence, with Bob Dylan playing over the speaker per our request. We also brought an acoustic guitar on board and the singers among us sang our father's favorite songs. We brought a lot more flowers than was provided as part of our package to toss into the ocean - a definite must. And because all of our father's ashes couldn't fit into one eco urn, we had a separate bag to scatter with our hands. That was a nice, unplanned touch. I can't imagine a better way to say farewell to our father and thank the crew and company for providing this opportunity.

We had an amazing experience chartering the Royal Hawaiian catamaran for our pre-wedding get-together in Hawaii in May this year. Everything went perfectly from start to finish, and the entire crew was incredibly helpful and professional. Andres and Richie were fantastic throughout the entire process. They were extremely professional, responsive, and informative from the initial planning all the way through the day of the charter. They made sure we knew what to expect and were always helpful with any questions or details along the way, which made the whole experience feel very easy and well organized. The crew also went above and beyond to make the day enjoyable for our group. They helped us set up and organize the catering, passed out drinks throughout the trip, kept everything tidy, and handled the trash so we could simply relax and enjoy our time with family and friends. Having their help with all of those little details made a huge difference, especially with a group of 26. The boat itself was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The crew was friendly, attentive, and accommodating without ever being intrusive. They really helped create the relaxed and fun atmosphere we were hoping for. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend Waikiki Boat Charters to anyone looking to host a group outing or special event in Hawaii. It was the perfect way to spend time with our family and friends before the wedding, and we would happily charter with them again!

We did this 2 days in a row with 2 different companies. This company was by far a much nicer experience. My family had a great time and we will definitely use them again. We had babies and toddlers on board too, and the crew was very safety conscious and kept all of us safe. We enjoyed snorkeling, fishing and seeing the turtles.

We did a private charter on the Makani for our wedding reception & had a wonderful time! Andres, Yumi & the crew made for the perfect day! They handled everything and we just got to enjoy the beautiful sunset. Highly recommend!

Our trip was fantastic! Phil, our captain, made excellent decisions based on the weather and brought us to a beautiful safe area to swim. Savannah on the crew was also awesome and constantly checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. We had beautiful views of the Waikiki skyline and diamond head and overall had a lovely time!

Waikiki Boat Charters is incredible, and particularly Andres who helped me out of a tight spot a few weeks ago. A different boat charter (historical yacht) cancelled my reservation only 9 days in advance of my event for 30+ people, and only when I called them to confirm last minute logistics. I contacted WBC in a desperate moment. Andres hustled and made a ton of calls in a two hours period. Despite just over a week to my event (and a conference in town during my date!), Andres located two different boat options. In the end, we settled on a catamaran charter that had been partially booked. He helped us secure the reservation, pricing for an extended sunset cruise, and put us in touch with the events coordinator at the catamaran. He is hyper responsive, proactive, and brings true aloha spirit to the job. He went above and beyond for me and on Memorial Day no less. I would call them again in a heartbeat (and as my first call this time!). Big mahalo to Andres and team!!

We chartered the Makani for a sunset sail on Friday before our wedding day. It was perfect. The staff was great and very helpful the entire time. We were able to get a great view of the fireworks off the coast of Waikiki too.

A beautiful service. Wesley was firm with my special needs child on demon time, the minister hired spoke beautifully about my mother. 10 out of 10. Booked for a burial at sea so the circumstances aren’t ideal however I couldn’t have pictured anything better traveling to the most beautiful place within the US for a very sad reason

Captain and Anna were great and the boat was amazing! The captain asked what we were most interested in and took us where was best and the spot was perfect. My family and I spent hours jumping off the boat with diamond head in the background. Exceeded what we expected and we’d definitely do it again!

Absolutely amazing evening! Instead of a rehearsal dinner, we decided to do a sunset cruise with 85+ people for drink, appetizers, and dancing. The crew was fantastic, the DJ kept the party going, and Andres was always available for any questions! Highly recommend!
