We bought our two sons the Lil G and its a great bike. Moreover, they have excellent customer service! The convenient location of the shop has been really handy for when we have questions or need extra parts. The owner, Paul, is very helpful and is always available. This bike is much more affordable than competitors, and my sons are very pleased. Highly recommend!!

We purchased an eBike from Vulcan last September for our 12 year old son's birthday. The experience was great - he was able to test drive the model we were looking at to make sure it was a good fit and he felt super comfortable on it before purchase. We were able to customize the rear rack and fenders.
This weekend (4 months later) the chain came off and the rear gear was bent after the bike got stuck on my son's backpack (his fault not the bikes!)
Paul was super responsive via email, and took the bike the next day for repair and a tune up all at no cost to us. I was very kind of him as my son doesn't like being away from his bike for too long!!
Overall a FANTASTIC bike, but the customer service puts it far and above other eBike brands.

First of all, let me say Paul at Vulcan bikes has been nothing but the most helpful person to us. We purchased the LIL G bike for our son at Christmas and he couldn’t be happier with it!! I have called many Times and asked Paul for information on how to operate the Bike and miscellaneous questions and he has always provided me with great info and great advice . I got my son his Vulcan E Bike a month ago, and it has been a game-changer! The quality of this bike is top-notch – it feels sturdy, well-built, and designed to last. My son absolutely loves it, and the best part? He actually takes care of it, which is a first for any of his gear!
We live high up on a hill, and getting him to ride his regular bike to town or his friends’ houses used to be a battle. But with the E power of the Vulcan, he’s now constantly out and about, zipping around town and having the time of his life. I love seeing him so active and excited, and it’s great knowing he’s enjoying the outdoors while having fun.

I bought my first Vulcan e- bike a little more than a year ago. Right from the start, I was impressed by the styling and workmanship of this first bike. It rode well, and the battery life was phenomenal. The different modes of assist made it easy to tailor the bike to whatever ride style I wanted. Some days I want more exercise so I lower the assist and pedal more, and other days I just want to cruise the beach path and I use the throttle to go with no pedaling at all.
I loved my bike so much, that now I've bought a second bike from Vulcan. Now I have both models, a "Little-G" and the larger and more powerful "OG". With two bikes I can easily go riding with friends and let someone borrow my second bike. The "OG" has two battery packs and can easily go an incredible distance. My first ride with the new bike was just over 50 miles and it still had more than 20% charge in both batteries. I'm sure it'll do a 60 plus mile ride without any problems.
The guys at the shop in Torrance are awesome. They always give great service and they have helped me with whatever questions I've had.
It’s been a year that I’ve been riding my Vulcan OG. It’s been great for getting around town and doing all my errands. Recently been using it to commute to work and it makes me want to go to the office just so I can get a ride. It has so much power and is very smooth. The 1000 watt dual motors and 52v dual batteries make this so much fun and practical versus driving my Tundra around town.
Love the bike and love the power! I haul my two elementary school aged kids back and forth to the beach, up and down steep hills with ease. The bike looks amazing and I get a lot of compliments. I have owned the bike for one year and just took it in for my first tuneup/maintenance. The Vulcan team was great, and didn’t charge me! One of the befits of buying local.
Bought the Lil’ G for my 13 yr old son for Christmas, and he absolutely loves it! I had been searching for an ebike for several months and am so happy I went with Vulcan. Being a bigger guy, I needed one that was durable and powerful. The battery life is amazing, the construction and quality are top-notch and the customer service is caring. This is my first bike and was truly amazed by the quality of the components used and the great handling. Feeling safe and secure while riding it was a huge factor. I was pleasantly surprised how fun it is to own one, previously being one of those guys who was anti-ebike at one time. Being how easy and enjoyable it is to ride, my family loves using it when they can get me off of it!
