After a water heater leak and worrying about whether my very old HVAC system would make it through another winter, I finally decided it was time to replace everything. As it was my first time making this type of purchase, I spoke with a few companies, but Jason from Vive immediately stood out. He was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely someone I felt I could trust. I also needed some pipes brought up to code, which made the job more complicated. The teams that installed the water heater, furnace, and A/C were fantastic—professional, friendly, and clearly committed to doing the job right. Thank you Alex, Steve, Mike,Tyler and Riley! From start to finish, the entire Vive team made this big purchase as stress-free as possible. I’m so happy I chose Vive and would absolutely recommend them!

I use Vive at our business for HVAC service and backflow preventer inspections and service. Their service people are fast and friendly and they get the job done! Booking by telephone is professional and cheerful! I am happy to give them our business! Update: For the first time I've had a need for a repair on my home AC unit and Vive did a terrific job during a heat wave when it seemed that everyone's AC was broken.

Couldn’t recommend Vive more. The whole team was knowledgeable, had genuine recommendations and never gave any pressure for any additional options. They gave their genuine expertise while laying out future options and left the decision up to us. Jason was super helpful during the initial walkthrough. He was attentive, listened to our needs and responded with clear knowledge. On installation day, Tyler T and Mike were exceptional. They were extremely efficient, finishing the job as expected and with the expected timeline. They ensured all questioned were answered before they left and showed us how our new heat pump works from top to bottom. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and will be using them for all needs in the future.

I can’t say enough great things about Vivebrant and the team who came out to install a ductless heat pump system and gas line for my bbq. They arrived right on time, took the extra step of putting down floor coverings, and it was clear from the start how well they communicate and work together. They got to work quickly, stayed organized, and were incredibly respectful of my home throughout the entire process. When they finished, everything was spotless — you wouldn’t even know they had been here (aside from the excellent new system!). It was truly a pleasure having them in my home. The unit required full replacement, and they had everything removed and replaced by noon the next day.
