I honestly couldn’t recommend VIVA enough! 🤍
This was my first time having Botox with Phoebe at Viva, and from start to finish she was so professional, friendly and reassuring. I had a full consultation beforehand, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the treatment.
I’ve been having Botox for around 3 years and this is the first time I’ve had absolutely no bruising afterwards! I also had hardly any swelling, which was amazing. I had my treatment on Saturday afternoon and by Monday I could already see noticeable results.
I’m so pleased with how it’s turned out and the whole experience was fantastic. Phoebe was brilliant and really took the time to make sure everything was right for me.
Highly, highly recommend VIVA and Phoebe! ✨

Dr Rupert is an absolute dream. Undergone many dermal filler treatments so far with this clinic. Really dissappointing experience. I booked my initial facial to be in early September and got it rescheduled twice. I originally booked for the Chelsea location; however, after the second rescheduling I was told the next possibility would be at Fitzrovia with a different practitioner. The first time, my appointment was canclled while I was already on my way, within an hour of the appointment. The second time, it was also cancelled day of just a few hours beforehand. After the SECOND cancellation, I was contacted again and told the practitioner I had originally booked for was not available and I would need to switch locations and practitioners in order to be seen at the next available time. Keep in mind I had never been to Viva for anything so this was all already leaving a bad taste in my mouth as a new customer.
I was told, after all of these changes, I would receive a discount AND a skin booster. However, when I arrived today, I was only offered the skin booster with no discount.
The customer service was extremely disappointing throughout this entire experience. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful.
The hydrafacial itself felt poorly done compared to what I have received in the past. I may as well have stayed home and cleansed my face and applied a hyaluronic acid and saved myself the time and money ALONG with the changes to scheduling and having to go to a further location. I would not recommend.
