My experience with Visa Guy was very disappointing. The service was highly unprofessional, particularly from Christie. Communication was poor and the handling of the process felt careless. When dealing with something as important as visas, professionalism is essential, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. I would not recommend their services 👎🏽

Worst experience – I do NOT recommend this agency.
I dealt with three different agents, and unfortunately all of them gave me the impression that they simply didn’t want to work. There was constant delay with no clear reason, and they made me wait for three weeks for absolutely nothing. It honestly felt like pure negligence and lack of responsibility.
They rarely answered phone calls and barely responded on WhatsApp, which made the whole process even more frustrating and stressful.
In contrast, I approached another agency and completed everything in just one day. The difference in professionalism, communication, and efficiency was very clear.
I strongly do not recommend dealing with them if you value your time and peace of mind.

I had a negative experience with officer Shamila while applying for a Netherlands visa. I completed the payment and received the initial document list, but several days later I had to personally ask whether any additional documents were required for my son. Only after I asked did she send the list of documents needed for him. Just three days before our appointment, and with two of those days being the weekend, she requested an NOC from my wife’s hospital, a document that had never been mentioned before. I explained that it was impossible to obtain this within such a short timeframe due to the weekend and the hospital’s procedures. After I raised my concern, she stated that our existing salary certificate would be sufficient, even though she had already requested it earlier and was aware that we had it. It felt like this clarification was only made after I reacted. Unfortunately, we had to proceed with the application without the NOC. If the visa is refused, the responsibility will lie entirely with this company. I do not recommend their services.

I am disappointed with the way I have been dealt with , I was asked to pay an amount for a visa appointment for 24/02 (feb) , and after paying the agent gets back to me saying “ Sir sorry for incoveniece we got the appointment for 24/3 (march) , we will request for the refund “ when asked why all the confusion , I was told he is a junior and the staff handling my case is on leave,
