I purchased the horizontech 100k sour apple, when it got to me, it was sour apple ICE, it never mentioned anything about being ICE on the website. Not happy. Hopefully my order that will be here tomorrow isn't a surprise like the last one. I HATE THE ICE VAPES!!

Been buying here for a long time now and they have a great supply and usually fast shipping. I currently have experienced a HUGE delay and have no idea why. I have sent requests twice to get answers and no response. I offered to pay overnight shipping to keep from buying local but no one contacted me to tell what was the problem. I am sitting here clueless and paid for it already. They can ship partial if out of something and the rest later, or refund, or credit on account. But nothing? I would have given 5 stars if not for this issue. It takes only a minute to inform a customer of what is going on. UPDATE: They have made a genuine effort to improve services and explain the process. I have given them the 5 stars they deserve for previous and recent orders. I still patron this vender and suggest giving them a try.
