I visited this shop to rent a scooter because I wanted to explore Stanley Park and English Bay Beach, which were recommended by a friend while I was in Vancouver.
They provide an instructional video for people who are new to riding scooters, and after I watched it, they took the time to explain how to use the scooter in detail once again.
I tend to ask a lot of questions, and I had quite a few before heading out. They were extremely patient, friendly, and helpful, answering everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable.
The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism.
I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The e-bikes my husband and I rented here were awesome, easy to use and so much fun. This is one of best bike shops in town (I did my research) and they also had the best prices that I could see. The bike shop location was also ideal for us, close to where we were staying on Smithe which has a designated bike lane. We had such a wonderful time riding the bikes down to stanley park seawall (easy and fast to get to) and along English Bay & Sunset Beach. The guys there were so friendly and helpful, would definite recommend to check this place out!!

한국 남자 스태프 두분들이 계시는데 엄청 친절하고 어떻게든 도와주시려고 힘써주시는게 보일정도로 잘해주십니다. 저는 킥보드 고치러 갔었는데 어려운 수리인데도 불구하고 하루만에 빠르게 고쳐주셨고 여러군데를 고쳐서 가격이 많이 걱정이었는데 오히려 몇부분은 서비스로 수리해주셔서 싸고 합리적인 가격으로 수리했습니다. 수리한 이후로 오히려 더 부드럽고 조용해서 너무 좋습니다. 안경쓰신 남자분은 처음에 사장님인줄 알정도로 계속 정확히 가격도 알려주시고 정보도 업데이트 해주셔서 걱정없이 수리 맡길수 있었습니다.
I came to this shop for a scooter repair and was very concerned about pricing since this is a shop in downtown. However, all the employees were very kind and informative about the repair pricing prior to inspection. The technician went above and beyond to fix all the tedious issues with my scooter. Although it was a very time consuming repair, it only took a day to finish up everything and now my scooter runs buttery smooth and better than ever.
The price was more than reasonable and I would highly recommend this place.
Super cool staff and great bikes. It was very quick and easy to rent and be on our way. We rented biked for 48 hours and the entire experience was excellent.

Amazing place! Great service and very quick. Other places were asking to book me a week or two down the road. They took me in and completed the work on the same day on a busy weekend. They bled my brakes and cleaned my bike for a very reasonable price Very knowledgeable, friendly people and amazing service. I know where I’m going to be taking my bike when it needs service in future. Can’t see enough good things about this place.

We had tons of fun scootering to Jericho Beach. Our destination was the sailing club (public) there. We had a beer on the deck overlooking the mountain and city then jumped back on the scooter and came back. A perfect Vancouver 3 hours excursions. The guys at EcoRide were super friendly and helpful, the location great, and the equipment in tip top shape. They deserve all their 5 star reviews. Thanks guys ! 👍👏🙏
