⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience with Value Glass. I came in because my rain sensor and rear-view mirror had come loose, and they put both back on for me completely free of charge. They had everything fixed in less than 10 minutes. Really appreciate the quick service and kindness. I definitely recommend Value Glass if you need windshield or glass work done in the Bremerton area!

Needed to switch to OEM windshield replacement when installed OEE wasn’t as expected. Valueglass handled the switch without any pushback and the result met expectations. It’s not whether there is a problem but how the problem is handled. I give them 5 stars.

I needed a circle piece of glass cut for the face of a clock. With less than a day I was called to say it was ready for pick up. When I tried out the piece, it still would press on the second hand and stop the clock. They cut a thinner piece of glass right then, and it worked. Then the tech glued the glass in place so it didn’t move forward. Put back all together, the clock is running perfectly! Thank you, valueglass!! A very satisfied customer!!!

The BEST customer service and great quality work! I needed an urgent windshield replacement on a Friday in late July after a small rock cracked my windshield while driving up I-5 from Portland to Port Angeles. I called several shops in the Gig Harbor area on Thursday afternoon and no one could replace my windshield the next day - they were booked up or couldn’t get the windshield fast enough. When I called valueGlass, they said they could do it - be there by noon. My new windshield arrived at their shop damaged, so they drove to Tacoma to get another one and still installed it that day. They went above and beyond with their customer service across the board. Highly recommend. Very satisfied customer!
