This is my first time using a GLP-1 medication and my first time taking anything to help with my weight-loss journey, so naturally I had a lot of questions and some hesitation going into it. Weight Loss Valley Medical has made the entire experience so much easier and more comfortable for me.
The entire staff is absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. From the moment you walk in, you feel supported and never judged. Everyone takes the time to answer my questions, explain things clearly, and make sure I feel comfortable with my journey.
I truly appreciate how attentive and encouraging the staff has been. They make you feel like more than just a patient, and I feel confident knowing I have a team supporting me along the way.

I’ve lost 50 pounds over four months. Ashley at the Phoenix location is so kind and helpful. I had tried tirzepatide from other sources previously but never had much luck. The cost is a little high but it is worth it because it works!

I love this place everyone is so nice . Ashley always helps me out with me weigh in and refill she is very helpful and kind to answer my questions or concerns . I have lost 21.6 LBS and couldn’t be more happier with these girls help.

Ive been enjoying my experience with the staff and my journey the last 3 months on my shots. I was doing a semiglutide and they were willing to answer all my stupid questions and were super friendly. Ashley has been very helpful and explains thing thoroughly so its easy for me to understand

I just started getting facials from *Sandra* at Valley Medical Weight Loss & Med Spa and I'm really happy I found her!! She made me feel relaxed and super comfy right away! She explained everything, answered all my questions and didnt try to sell me on a bunch of stuff! My skin already looks and feels so much better. If you're looking for a great facial in Phoenix, definitely book with Sandra!! I can't wait till my next appointment!!
