Was previously at TPY but since I moved to Woodleigh, I thought maybe I should go to the nearer one to try. I had one more session before the end of my package. The staff tried selling me that it would be cheaper for me to continue the package now. I said no and her expression immediately changed.
I also have the practice of scheduling the next appointment immediately after the current. I gave her the date and asked her if it has been booked, she said yes. It has been a month and I didn't get a reminder from them. Now, upon checking, no appointment was made.
Also good, so that I can go back to TPY from now on.

Crystal from Woodleigh Mall called to offer their apology for the experience I had when I visited. I thought it was a nice gesture to receive a follow up from this feedback - that they will continue to ensure professionalism from their staff.

Had 7 consecutive underarm hair removal sessions regularly but hairs are still there, albeit thinner and less noticeable. Service is curt at best and my very first session was not a good impression at all. I understand now from the doctors that results are very individual so do take this into consideration when choosing to undergo hair removal treatment.
