Reckless ticket in VA 93/55 MPH I worked with Mat for a reckless speeding ticket, mat helped to come out of the case and I was very new to court process, I did few community service in church in fairfax. I had a very bad scenario in court, but everything moved towards resolution. Mat helped to represent my case, all the very best for your case. Never speed and land into complex problem of facing court, trail etc. Be proactive and vigilant, convey your family, friends, neighbours about speed ticket, not worth to spend money on know issues and speed restrictions in VA All the best Vinay Kumar

Despite a busy schedule and late in the day on a Friday afternoon, he responded to me within a very short time of my initial outreach and got to work to help with the problem I had. We hired Matt Kensky and Scrofano Law for my 17-year old’s reckless driving charge in Loudoun County. He was honest and clear with his advice and guidance, without overpromising. After our initial call with Matt, his legal assistant Alana was our primary contact prior to the court date and she was fantastic – organized, responsive, thorough, and sensitive to the pressures of the situation. We were fully prepared going into court. At the court date, Matt took charge speaking with the officer and negotiated an excellent plea deal that ended with a deferred finding. After completing 25 hours of community service (prior to court at Matt’s suggestion), 3 evening young driver improvement classes and a 6-month period with no further traffic violations, the charge was dismissed. Overall, we are very grateful to Matt and Alana for the outcome and would hire them again without question.

Matthew Kensky is the absolute best. He helped a family member of mine and did what I thought would be impossible. Dropped a 2nd DUI with a high BAC to a reckless charge. My family member was facing jail time and a long suspension for his drivers license but thanks to Mr. Kensky that was not the case.
