My AC was very old and finally bit the bullet. Steve came out in record time to access the situation and gave me a very reasonable quote for a new system. 2 days later and they were at the house swapping everything out. I would 100% recommend them to others.
My thermostat went blank. No 24volt power. I called Steve late Friday night. He sent Raul out the next morning. After replacing the 24v transformer and getting power to the circuit board, my thermostat still had no power. He spent the extra time trouble shooting it to the original wiring of power to the HVAC. A hot wire was on the non switched leg of the shut off switch! Same wire was bundled in a wire nut to the neutral wire for the HVAC! It was back feeding some, but not enough power, making it appear as if the circuit board had power. The bundled wire nut had also shorted out and burned through the wire nut.
This goes way beyond what he could have done. The original electrician wired it wrong 19 years ago. Kudos to Steve and Raul for actually trouble shooting someone else's problem!
June of 2026. AC compressor quit on a 92° day. Vaughn came out by 10 the next morning. Replaced a part in 15 minutes. Fast, responsive, friendly and fair priced. 5 stars again!
Steve had done a great job. The fan was running, but much quieter than my previous a/c. He came out to help me check and explain to me more about the fan.

Great service! I left a voicemail late at night and first thing in the morning Steve called me back. 1/2 hour later he was at my door and within a few minutes he spotted the problem. He was able to get the inducer motor running again and gave a detailed description of current and potential issues. No sales pressure. Very professional.
