We used Urban Media to design and build a full, new website for our Container Rental Business & manage the on-going Google Ad Words & SEO campaign and they have done a fantastic job. Urban Media was able to create the exact website/ecommerce store I was looking for in terms of both look and feel. The clear direction given by you at TailorMade Sofas, and the feedback provided allowed us to create a site that we are proud to be associated with. As much as we'd like to take all the credit, your clear explanations of how you wished to present the company, and what your goals were, allowed our designer to get it spot on.
As an SME with limited resouces for web development Urban Media have proved themselves to be an invaluable asset for us. All our meetings are friendly, offer specific advice and keep us focused and on track with what needs to be done. Our initial website launch was to update a very old site and we are currently making improvements to this and working on our SEO with the team.

A great service. They got to know the business, the audience I was after, and developed a site that I am proud to say represents my business. The team was available and very responsive. The work they did on the digital marketing side has built my brand in ways that truly surprised me. The return on investment was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.
We are a small business that used Urban Media to produce a new web site for our rapidly growing business and from the start seemed very professional and we thought we'd made the right choice. Then after months of work our new web site went live. It was ok but needed some tweaking, we asked for the changes to be made and they said, now its live all the changes would be chargeable, considering we had spent thousands with them I thought this a little unfair. We asked when it would appear on Google and they said it would take a while for the SEO to work. This was fine but then found out 2 weeks later they hadn't even registered the site with google. with no apology they listed it straight away. Then after a meeting it was agreed that our SEO campaign would start to happen and found out weeks later that they had mis understood and had no intention of doing this, instead they had sent us a quotation in the meantime to sort our social media out and look at Adwords for us and actioned nothing.
After a while, we had sort advise from elsewhere and decided that we would just let the site run and allow a third party to manage any amends that we had.
Later on as part of the deal Urban Media Hosted the site for us we had found that the site was down. after reporting this to them it took 2 days for them even to look at it as they were "in a meeting". When they eventually looked at the site, they looked into one of our other sites that isn't even hosted by them and never has been. After a patronising email from them telling us this, I replied to let them know how stupid they were in looking at the wrong site. They then came back to us saying that the server it was hosted on had excessive bandwidth and there was almost nothing they could do about it as the other sites hosted on the server were using it. Not what you want to hear.
Eventually after many heated emails and a week later it was decided that they would move the site to a different server. they did this promptly and fixed the problem almost immediately and was fine from then on.
Due to the lack of communication from Urban Media, Rudeness of their staff, lack of caring for their clients, their want for up-selling at every opportunity and the lack of being able to fix problems promptly we decided to have the site completely rebuilt and moved to another company. The site needed to be rebuilt as Urban Media used plugins built by them and completely non transferable to other hosts.
I would never recommend this company and feel that with not a single in depth apology or offer of compensation from the MD (who promised he would contact me) I had to write this review.
Be Warned, They talk the talk but can't deliver!!!
