We’ve had a positive experience working with Uppercut for our e-commerce business in the baby products industry. Over the past few months, we’ve seen a steady improvement in our Google Ads ROAS, which has been very encouraging.
Their experience in the baby and parenting industry has also been particularly valuable, as they understand the market and customer behaviour.
Jeremy is responsive, proactive and always willing to share useful insights on how we can improve our website and overall conversion rate, rather than simply focusing on driving traffic. He has also been able to work within our budget while continuously optimising our campaigns and making the most of our ad spend. We’ve recently added Meta Ads management to the scope of work and are looking forward to seeing how this performs.
Overall, we’ve been happy with the partnership and would definitely recommend them to other e-commerce businesses looking for a responsive and results-focused digital marketing team.
Wasted over $20,000 on so called SEO work which failed and gave absolutely no results over a 12 month period. Promised a lot but delivered nothing. Would not honour their advertised "Results or you dont pay" offer. Fine print in their SEO contracts say "we don't guarantee results" My advice: Dont waste you money on Uppercut Digital.
We've been working with Uppercut Digital on SEO for the past six months, and more recently on Google Ads too. We've seen a big uptick in leads and conversions across both platforms thanks to their efforts! Ryan, our account manager, has been fantastic. He's forward-thinking about finding new opportunities, and his communication has been excellent throughout. Really enjoying the partnership and excited to see what the next six months bring. Honestly had a great experience working with this team. Super easy to communicate with, no confusion, and they actually listened to what I wanted instead of just pushing a generic strategy.
They helped improve our online presence pretty quickly, and we started seeing more traffic and better-quality leads within a short time. Everything felt transparent and well-managed, which isn’t always the case with marketing agencies.
If you’re looking for a digital marketing company that’s reliable, responsive, and knows what they’re doing, I’d definitely recommend them.
