Leo came to my house for a same day appt, spent 2 hours working on our freezer and ice machine for no charge. He knew that a coworker could help more and offered his services for tomorrow (weekend). He was honest, fair and the cost of diagnosing will go toward the project.

I chose Up-liance because of their excellent reviews and because I appreciated how transparent they were about their pricing. They publish a typical washer repair range of $140–$350, provide an estimate before doing the work, credit the diagnostic fee toward the repair if you proceed, and offer a 90-day labor warranty.
Our experience lived up to the reviews. The technician evaluated our older commercial washer and determined that the repair would be over $600.
Rather than encouraging us to put that much money into an aging machine, he recommended replacing it.
I really appreciated the honest advice. It would have been easy to take the $600+ repair over a $2000 dollar new washer replacement, but instead they helped us make the better long-term decision.
Professional, straightforward and trustworthy. I will definitely call Up-liance again when we need an appliance repair. Highly recommend!

Leo was great. I waited almost 2 years to fix our burners because the last time we tried to do this, we were told it just needed cleaned and the issue was not resolved. Leo fixed our incredibly difficult oven door and finally repaired the burners. I highly recommend!

Leo was in and out in 30 minutes. Had the washer running good as new. The part and labor warranty are a great part of the service as well.

Called and was able to get a same day appointment. Tech arrived on time exactly as scheduled, had everything diagnosed and repaired in under 2 hours. Will def use again if I have other appliance issues in the future.
