I got an organic keratin treatment done with Kelly and John, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. They were extremely professional and explained the process in-depth until I was very comfortable, and I left with perfect glossy hair. I will definitely be coming back to try out their other services!

Once for keratin treatment on my afro curly hair and was treated by the beautiful Priscilla and I returned for a transformation Bob hair cut with John. I love this crew so much , you walk in nervously and walk out out with amazing confidence. 100% pay the team a visit you will not regret it.

I booked the Me Time Package for $165 and loved the facial. The staff were all lovely and welcoming.
My only concern was the pricing. I was surprised when the final cost came to $274, especially as I wasn’t expecting such a large increase from the advertised package price. While I did have BIAB removal, the additional costs weren’t clear to me beforehand. I was getting my nails done for almost 3 hours just a pink colour ?
Will not be going here again.

We do apologise that the final price came as a surprise. The Me Time Package was a special package that included a 30-minute facial massage, a manicure, and a pedicure with regular nail polish. You upgraded to a Shellac manicure and Shellac pedicure, and we also carried out a BIAB removal, which were additional services not included in the package price. These changes account for the difference between the advertised package price and the final total.
We also apologise for the length of time spent on your nails. At Unique, we take a very detailed approach to nail care. This includes thorough cuticle work and the careful removal of products such as BIAB, gel, and acrylic without compromising the health of the natural nail. While this process can take longer, our goal is always to prioritise the long-term health and integrity of your nails.

Lovely salon , very relaxing massage , but not remedial. Had a very sore neck and asked for gentle in that area. But only had a few minutes on my neck out of an hour . I would have preferred a firmer massage on the rest of my body but I wasn’t asked how the pressure was.

I had an overall great experience with Fernanda Paes during my scalp consultation regarding my scalp inflammation and alopecia.
