We vertrouwden de verkoop van onze villa toe aan het Ultimate Estates-Team en dat bleek absoluut de juiste beslissing te zijn geweest! * Het eerste contact hadden we met de immer vriendelijke Emma, die ons vanaf dag 1 correct en volledig informeerde en die wat ons betreft de lijm van het bedrijf is. * Voor de schatting van de woning en de commerciële opvolging maakten we kennis met Javier, een zéér professioneel en positief iemand die altijd bereikbaar was en ons dossier consequent en precies opvolgde. Hij slaagde er dan ook in, om in enkele weken tijd, de juiste koper te vinden. De beloofde publicitaire inspanningen/acties werden zeer correct uitgevoerd. Dank daarvoor! *Achter de schermen werkten de interne medewerkers in stilte mee aan de goede opvolging. Wat ons betreft een dikke pluim op de hoed van dit team en graag tot nog eens!
