Joey is super cool and is very knowledgeable on everything that I’ve asked him and he doesn’t seem like the type to screw me over lol had my bike in here for service. Only trust them so far
Jazz took care of me throughout the entire process! She made it easy and answered all my questions! I came in not knowing much about bikes and she showed me a plethora and explained the differences to me!
I highly recommend Used Bikes Direct in Grand Prairie! I was a bit hesitant about handling an out-of-state transaction, but the process of selling my bike to them was incredibly smooth and straightforward. Jeremy Grant walked me through every step—from the digital paperwork to the vehicle and title transfer logistics—making it completely stress-free. The communication was excellent the whole way through. If you are looking to sell a bike out of state, you can absolutely trust Jeremy and their process!
Thanks to Joseph and the rest of Used Bikes employees...they were very indepth as far as what needed to be done...different workers asked if I been help. I highly recommend their service if you need your bike or slingshot worked on.
