10/10 Tuscan Sunset Dinner Excursion
We had an incredible experience in Tuscany curated by Leonardo and Alessandro. While staying in Florence we wanted to get into the Tuscan countryside and enjoy a sunset dinner at a winery. Leonardo and Alessandro were able to customize our timeline to meet our needs. Alessandro drove us an hour outside of Florence to San Gimignano, a quaint medieval town with gorgeous views of the countryside and great shopping. They also arranged for a fantastic sunset meal at Cantinetta dei Logi, the restaurant at Colombaio di Santa Chiara. We all enjoyed this so much (Me, My Husband and our teenage son and daughter). Great views, wonderful service and fantastic food. We returned to Florence after about a 5 hour excursion. It was perfect for us. Alessandro is very knowledgeable of the wine history in the area which made the car ride to and from more enjoyable. Thank you Leonardo and Alessandro!
Cinque Terre Tour
Our experience was amazing. We traveled to Cinque Terre with 13 adults. Our two drivers, Sam and Alessandro, were awesome. They gave us a lot of information throughout the drive. Then when we got there, they were provided an easy route to explore the cities.
Amazing Cinque Terre Tour from Florence
We took the Cinque Terre tour from Florence and it was amazing. They took up from our hotel to the town and helped us to the ferry. We would highly recommend the experience! They were able to accommodate our group of 13 easily!
Unforgettable Tuscan day trip
We hired Alessandro for a private Tuscan day trip in late June 2026. The day was amazing, we learned more about Tuscany than we ever imagined, we tasted olive oil and wine, and loved spending time with our tour guide. We chose the company because of the prompt response to our initial solicitation and openness to assist in planning an itinerary. Alessandro promptly replied to all of my emails and offered helpful advice when deciding where to go. We ultimately decided to go south from Florence to Siena with a few stops for tastings and sightseeing along the way. Immediately after picking us up, he took us up to the Piazza Michelangelo for an amazing view of Florence. We then embarked on a delightful, educational, and remarkably comfortable road trip through Tuscany. At Alessandro’s suggestion, we stopped at Monteriggioni, a medieval fortress town. Then onto Siena where we toured its stunning Duomo. Alessandro recommended an olive oil tasting at a small oil producer in Panzano. We then tasted wine at Montecalvi Winery in Greve. Alessandro’s extensive knowledge of the history of Tuscany (and a great many other things), his impeccable English, and charming personality made our Tuscan day trip truly unforgettable.

From booking to the end of our 6 hours, we had a seamless and enjoyable time visiting Florence, Lucca, and Pisa, and enjoying the great information about the area that Leonardo shared! After reading glowing reviews, we booked Tuscany Excursions for private, 6-hour customized transportation to Florence, Lucca, and Pisa. We were a group of 5 family members on Celebrity Xcel. From booking to finish, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Tuscany Excursions and particularly Leonardo who was our driver and guide during the drives! Leonardo was so knowledgeable of the areas and was able to move us efficiently to these cities. He was always mindful of the time, but flexible at the same time. We really enjoyed his company and information about the areas during the drives as well! I highly recommend their service. We have a great picture with Leonardo - he’s extended family now!

Ideal Way To Experience Tuscany
Allesandro was helpful in planning a day out of Florence, so we could visit San Gimignano, experience a wonderful wine pairing lunch with a gorgeous view of a valley, and a few hours to visit Sienna. His Mercedes van was extremely comfortable for the 3 of us, dropping & picking us up at key locations without the extra hassle. His knowledge of Florence and history with the surrounding areas was great! He speaks English very well and was certainly accommodating to our needs.
Our Tuscany vacation went to new levels with Tuscany Excursions as they provided daily transportation, guide services, and recommendations as we visited Cinque Terra, Siena, Florence, Bologna, Modena, and several unique stops during our 9 days in a Tuscany villa.
Professional, informative, and flexible (as we able to shift to accommodate weather, venues, and unexpected hurdles). We developed small rituals for morning coffee and evening snacks as our two couples adapted to Italy’s eating schedule.
They were always early and patiently handled our needs every day.
Highly recommend and will use them on future visits.

We used Tusci Car Transfer services on our recent Italy visit. We used their transfer services from Florence to San Gimignano and back to Florence Airport a few days later.
Leonardo and Alessandro are both very professional and helpful.
We were staying in San Gigminano and had a very early flight out of Florence. We got to the airport with plenty of time before our flight.

I would like to share feedback about our recent trip to Winery site near San Gimignano booked via tuscanyexrcursions.com 1. It was promised that it will be winery & farm tour with kids checking all animals. 2. Food was charged Pound 60 per person. Feedback 1. There wasn't any winery tour nor farm tour. tuscanyexrcursions.com should have clarified that there wasn't be any wine production during this season. 2. Food wasn't worth Pound 60 per person and we ended up with More than 1000 Pound for it. When i contact tuscanyexrcursions.com (Alessandro), he upfront just said my job was to arrange transformation and tour but i did a favor to you while tuscanyexrcursions.com arranged all aspects of the tour (travel + this tour). I would emphasize that do not go with tuscanyexrcursions.com for such tours.
