I reached out to Ben as I saw an Explorer 39mm on Chrono24, and wanted to know if they did part-exchange. After a few messages and a call, I visited them in Canary Wharf and part-exchanged my Datejust 41mm for the Rolex Explorer. The process was simple, and they paid out the remainder on the spot. Great ratings for the speed and efficiency, would recommend looking to see these guys if you are looking for a new watch or even to part-exchange.

It was great to meet Ben after seeing the watch advertised. Naturally it can be nervy not knowing a new dealer personally but the service given and the watch sourced I was very happy with. I needed this watch to be delivered and received with 2 days for my Dad before he went on holiday where Ben got this sent straight away. Also the condition of the watch was exactly as per the photos shown and of course authentic. It was good to get to know Ben personally instead of it just being a business transaction deal as I always like to get to know anyone I make a deal with.
