Refreshingly positive experience. Hadn’t used Hayden before and have bought many Rolex over last 10years using independent dealers. I must say I have been thoroughly impressed with his client care. I was a purchaser this time, watch was fairly priced and Hayden pointed out a scratch I wouldn’t even of noticed. This level of integrity is very refreshing and most appreciated !
