Royal Tekne pişmanlık Royal 1 teknesiyle tura katıldım.Hayatımın en büyük pişmanlığı oldu.Çalışanlar çocuk gibi sürekli sana bağırıyor.Sanki ben orda müşteri değilim terbiye olmaya gelmişim gibi.Mısır Halkı misafirperver diyorlar gördük misafirperverliğini :) Tekneye biner binmez zaten bağırıyorlar susun susun sonra dalış yaptık sürekli bir bağırma azarlama ? Sen kimsin ya ben okula gelmedim öğrenci değilim.Royal tekne çalışanları çok kötü tek aşçısı iyiydi.Sakın o tekneyi kullanmayın.Yemekleri diğer tekne de 12.00 de yediler biz 15.00 de yedik.Fotoğraflarıma bakmak istedim.Baktım.Hemen karar ver delete delete diyor…Bana paramla fotoğrafları vermedi özür dileyecekmişim adama ne yaptıysam sen kimsin ya ? Ne kibir.Sen müşteriye nasıl davranmasını bilmiyorsan bırak.Hizmet sıfır paranla rezil olmak böyle birşey!!!Jeemy üzerinden aldık tur ile yaptığımız hiçbir turdan memnun kalmadık çok kötüydü hergün bir fiyaskoydu!!!

State lontani da questa "Agenzia" Classica mentalità di voler spennare i turisti costi altissimi per escursioni di durata inferiore a quella pattuita, guida interessata più a portarci in negozio di profumi e papiri ( dove guadagnano la percentuale ) che a rispettare il programma. Avevamo un programma per 9 giorni dopo 2 giorni e mezzo ci siamo fatti rimborsare con il rimborso abbiamo fatto escursioni perfette con guide e autisti migliori ed è avanzato più della metà. Pseudo agenzia da cui stare lontano.

Moreover he has outstanding knowledge of the Egyptian history. So we could learn not only desert but the history. Regarding both black and white deserts, they are splendid. Being surrounded by only desert must make you feel nature and wild!

Unas vacaciones fresquitas La experiencia ha sido fantástica. En general nos ha gustado mucho pero hay que venir preparado para pasar calor jaja. Es increíble lo que tiene aqui ésta gente. Los guías han sido muy majos con nosotros y nos han cuidado en todo momento, un abrazo especial para Milo e Ibrahim Said por hacernos sentir tan agusto.

Crucero Nilo 3 días. Hicimos un crucero de 3 días por el Nilo. La comida era excelente y la atención del personal impecable. Viaje muy recomendable. Muy contentos con nuestro guía Ahmed, por su atención, amabilidad y dedicación. Persona excelente, amable en el trato, atento y flexible. Las excursiones optativas recomendadas por nuestro guía pueblo nubio y paseo nocturno por luxor fueron una muy buena experiencia. Hemos tenido mucha suerte con nuestro guía.

Amazing experience, discover Egypt We had a wonderful experience with the tour Sun Pyramids made for us. Booking through Evaneos made the trip highly customizable before leaving. All parts were entertaining without a dull moment and full of interesting details. Both the guides for the Cairo part and for the Nile/Luxor part were competent, spoke fluently Italian and were nice to be with. A great experience. Recommended.

Amazing Egypt Experiences! Had airport transfers, full day in Cairo and Alexandria arranged by Sun Pyramids. What an amazing experience! I just had to indicate my wishes and everything was taken care of to the very last detail! Great communication. Everything was done in a way that never made me question my safety as a single female traveler. Each tour guide was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, accommodating, flexible—making the trip what I wanted—not what they wanted to show/tell me. I would recommend Sun Pyramids without hesitation and look forward to their help for my future adventures!

Cairo at Night Tour with Mustafa was the best! I had the best tour of Cairo at night with my guide Mustafa! You never really know the heartbeat of a city until you walk its streets, and Mustafa helped make the dream of getting to know Cairo a reality! Cairo is big, bustling, and colorful, and as a solo female traveler, also a bit intimidating. But with Mustafa at my side, I felt safe every step of the way. I was able to explore and enjoy the city. Mustafa was punctual, polite, fun and oh so helpful. He showed me several areas of the city, arranged a dinner, walked me down El Moez Street, & kept me very safe - AND - I had the best time! I can’t wait to tour with Mustafa and Sun Pyramids Tours again!

Airport transfer was great! Arrival airport transfer with Mustafa from Sun Pyramids Tours was great! My outbound flight was delayed, I missed my international connection, & ended up arriving into Cairo several hours late - but Mustafa my guide was in contact with me the entire time, and was right there waiting for me when I finally arrived! He helped take a stressful situation & make it very easy, delivering me to my hotel quickly and safely. I would definitely recommend him & Sun Pyramids Tours again!

Fantastic Private Tour Experience I had a great experience with the private tour guide. The transportation was excellent—comfortable and reliable. The guide was knowledgeable about the history and shared interesting facts throughout the tour. The locations visited were well-chosen and made for a memorable trip. Highly recommend!

Camping in the White Desert We did the two-day tour in the White Desert. We had Mohamed as our guide. Very good Guide and attentive in everything. He explained everything about the desert and we had a great time together, with the family, seeing a lesser known part of Egypt. It took us through the different deserts and areas of the Bahariya oasis and White Desert. And also highlight the Bedouin who came with us who made a dinner of 10 and an entertaining drive through the desert. Great experience.

Wonderful day trip! What a terrific we had with Mohab as our guide and drivers Hesham and Alaa. Since it was a private tour we were able to get to know Mohab a bit and learned a lot about life in Egypt. The deserts were beautiful and so strange, almost alien like, and HOT! My phone kept saying it needed to cool down hahah. Highly recommend this company for more tours. Thank you Mohab, and hope to meet again!

White Desert: an unforgettable experience The trip to the white desert was amazing! Our Guide Mohamed Musaad and the driver were sensational throughout the journey and undoubtedly made the trip even more special!!!! We passed through the black desert, crystal mountain, the wonders and the white desert Old and new! Besides having lunch and visiting some beduins' homes! The Guide was very helpful, helped us at all times! Undoubtedly one of the most amazing experiences of my life and my family!
