Bravo pour cette visite et toutes les explications qui ont permis de connaître le travail du liège
Il n'y a pas de transformation du produit dans cette usine. Il y a seulement récolte et triage du liège par qualité pour revente. La boutique de vente est classique, sac à main, porte monnaie, colliers. . . Rien d'exceptionnel. La visite est à 17.50€, cher pour ce qu'il y a à voir
Bylo to vlastně dost drahé na video a prohlídku malé haly. Asi je to zážitek, ale dá se to vynechat. Nehledě na to, že korkové produkty v suvenýrech byli v této továrně dražší než kdekoliv jinde (Loule tržnice, Tavira shop například). Zajímavé bylo, ze tam meli Carob, který mě osobně do příběhu s korkem nedával smysl, ale vlastně proč ne. Nejzajímavější část korkové historie je v části zdarma za recepci, kde si přečtěte o korku opravdu to Zajímavé a můžete jet dál.

Lamentamos se o nosso bilhete de 17,50€ foi muito caro, é uma experiencia que tenta fazer uma viagem ao mundo da cortiça com acompanhamento de uma guia. Disponibilizamos também a visita à nossa exposição da cortiça e se não ficou satisfeita podia ter solicitado do seu refund no final da visita. Agradecemos na mesma a sua visita.

Nouveautes : une boutique avec que des objets fabriques en liege et sa galerie d'Art avec les peintures de Daniella Coelho a ne pas manquer. Un tresor de visiite 😊👌
Nous avons réservé pour un guide en français et arrivé sur que des anglais donc visite en anglais . On a rien compris et pour 35 euros 2 personnes il y a 1/2 h d'explication dans une salle avec une vidéo de 8 mn puis un petit dans l'usine ou on voit que des tas d'écorces de liège puis la boutique .

A nossa fábrica não disponibiliza, no ano de 2026 uma guia em francês, essa informação vem descrita no seu bilhete que foi comprado para tour em inglês. No momento em que chegou e soube que tinha comprado um tour em inglês teria de solicitar o reembolso total do valor pago e não fazer o tour se não era do vosso interesse. Lamentamos a situação. Com os melhores cumprimentos.
Too expensive!
The tour itself is informative and interesting as long as you don't have any prior knowledge about the cork production. But what you can see in the "factory" (in fact a warehouse) are only a few processes and totally different from a production from start to finish. Except the waiting time and the 7-minute-video, the purely guided part lasts only 40 minutes or so. What you get to know on the tour is only worth half the price!
Yes, I've also visited so many countries in Europe and I compare the price with two other similar private guided tours in Algarve, so I know exactly what I'm talking about. And no thanks, I don't ask for a refund, that's not my intention. I just want to give people my sincere opinion.
The way the worker trimmed the bark edges was actually very dangerous without proper injury protections, and far from the modern safety standards. I respect the tradition so much, but if the tradition also wants to have its future, it should be adjusted to the present values of the safety.
The access road to the warehouse was closed. The construction work would take several weeks. We had to find our way by ourselves. Some people even came late to the tour because they had no idea which way to go. For the 17,50 Euro I paid, I expected to be informed individually via email in advance about the detour, if it's a "private" "guided" tour.
