We are very pleased with this rental. Toronto boutique Apartments was very responsive with any request that we had. The unit was very well located and we would definitely stay here again and use Toronto boutique apartments another time.
I had a stay at one of their units downtown Toronto in the Yorkville neighbourhood. It was in a very great location which I really enjoyed.
The unit was in good shape, very clean and had basic necessities. I like the fact they had a really nice duvet, good pillows and very comfortable beds to sleep on. I find this to be overlooked at places but this is so important especially if you want to get a good rest.
The place had a good amount of kitchen utensils; had a nespresso coffee machine, bowls, plates pretty much everything you need to prepare food and make yourself comfortable at home.
I was very impressed with the representative at TBA that responded to emails very promptly whenever I had any questions and they were very clear on check in and check out instructions.
Highly recommend TBA for your short-medium term stays!

We had such a wonderful experience with Toronto Boutique Apartments. We stayed for an extended period so the apartment truly became our home away from home.
From beginning to end, the team was incredibly kind, responsive, accommodating, and always willing to help. Communication was excellent, everything was handled smoothly, and whenever we needed anything, they made the process so easy and stress-free.The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a longer stay. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of us. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Toronto. Highly recommend! ❤️
This apartment felt like a home away from home the moment I walked in. The space was absolutely immaculate, incredibly cozy, and beautifully decorated. Thank you for creating such a warm, welcoming sanctuary for my trip.
We’ve stayed at Toronto Boutique Apartments on four separate occasions, and each time we’ve been incredibly happy. Yasmine is super responsive and always goes above and beyond to assist us. I highly recommend TBA for your next trip to Toronto!
We stayed with Toronto Boutique Apartments for almost five months, and overall we had a wonderful experience.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had an excellent location in Toronto. We really enjoyed living there and felt very comfortable throughout our entire stay.
A special thank you to the customer support team. The service was excellent. They were always very friendly, responded quickly to all of our questions, and whenever we needed any assistance, they helped us promptly and professionally. This level of customer service made our long-term stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing I would suggest improving is the additional fees. It would be great if the processing fee could be reduced, especially for longer stays, as it can become quite significant when booking for several months. A slightly lower cleaning fee would also make the overall booking experience even better.
That being said, these are only minor suggestions. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment, the excellent location, and especially the customer service. After staying for almost five months, we can definitely say that we had a very positive experience and would gladly consider booking with Toronto Boutique Apartments again in the future.
Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for the 5 star review Carol! Much love from our entire team ☺️
Working with TBA as the property management company for our Toronto condo has been an outstanding experience. From the beginning, their team has been professional, responsive, and highly organized. As owners, we have complete confidence that our property is being managed with care and attention to detail, and they consistently make the process seamless for us.
It is also evident that TBA places a strong emphasis on providing excellent service to tenants. Their communication is timely, they handle requests efficiently, and they work hard to ensure both owners and tenants have a positive experience. Having a management company that understands the importance of balancing both perspectives has been invaluable.
We would highly recommend TBA to any property owner looking for a reliable and professional property management company. Their expertise, transparency, and commitment to delivering exceptional service have exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to continuing to work with them for years to come.

Been able to help me maintain a 5 star rating on my Airbnb property. Great communication with guests. Seamlessly coordinates cleaning services. There are some aspects that could been improved upon, but overall is a good property manager.

TBA are a very professional company. They take great care of the properties they manage. Securing a perfect match between both the homes they represent and the renter/s looking for a pleasant stay in Toronto. Highly recommend any dealings with them.
TBA team has and continues to be a terrific team of professionals: responsive, communicative, quick at solving problems, run the situations by us as they arise and seek our approval on major decisions. From the first meeting until several months into our relationship, we are happy with their service. We relocated to another country and needed a company that would take full ownership of managing our property. TBA didn't just meet our expectations, they keep exceeding them with every guest.
