Stacey helped us sell our home. From the very first conversation with her; we had all the confidence in the world that she was the one to represent us. She was a master at making all of those details shine. From helping us to stage our home, the master videography and pictures, to coming up with the perfect price point to list at, to helping us through negotiations and a smooth close she was with us every step of the way. Her marketing creativity set our listing apart from others. Cookie cutter doesn't cut it anymore. Choosing the right realtor was one of the most important decisions we could make. Yvonne was by far the best real estate agent I ve ever used.....Responsive, considerate and knowledgeable.. Yvonne tried very hard to sell the property, the timing was not right for florida at the time, and some offeers were rejected, but she did her best. If I relist the property i would go with Yvonne.
