I did some research after being bombarded with emails and phone calls after checking into their credit builder program. I found where they were sued and had to pay $150 million in 2023 and a recent article about what was published in ****** said The credit bureaus have reportedly cut off TomoCredit from furnishing data: Experian, ********** and Equifax, the three major credit bureaus, have all ended their data partnerships with TomoCredit, refusing to include credit lines reported by the troubled San Francisco startup. There are also pages and pages on Reddit and various other social media platforms of complaints customers have had and some have been trying to find a solution for YEARS. I wanted to share what I found because theyre charging people $15-$170/mo for a service they cant even do anymore.
Great Product for New Credit Builders
TomoCredit has made my credit-building journey so much easier! Their service is simple to use, and the updates keep me informed about my progress. Got a pre approval...I called to inquire, was put on an answering machine...Awesome company... maybe.Just got a return call, and I asked what the interest rates were from ****** *******... He started off on a tangent, where I interrupted him and asked the same question....Dude got rude... and I said "Look, if you want my business, I have questions..."and his response was "I don't want your business" and hung up.If this is the business model of your company... awesome, that is all you... Can somebody do something to this Company. It's a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. At least 10 months now I've been trying to get them to stop calling me, texting , Emailing. this is daily. I've tried and tried to cancel and get my money back. They pretend that I don't really want to cancel and continue to ignore me. I have had to have my Bank block them over and over from trying to take money out of my account. They try everyday and they call everyday. If anyone has any contacts with the government. Please let them know that this Company is Scamming people and won't give the money back for terrible service or non service. I could go on and on but, I'm tired of this Company and they just get away with this abuse.
Man? Why didn't I come here before signing up to this scamming service. I signed up, never got the services as promised and now despite 10 different requests to close my account and remove information from their system, they are still charging multiple cards. They need to be shut down and stopped.
Paid 4 for credit build that Ive never received, asked that my subscription be cancelled over 2 months ago and Ill still being charged. I cant call as there is no number listed to contact and Ive sent several emails, only received confirmation that my emails were received, terrible service and to no avail able are you able to get able of customer suppprt. This service is fraud.

I am writing to lodge a complaint against Tomoboost regarding their inability to cancel my subscription and their continuous billing despite numerous attempts. I signed up with the understanding that they would report my subscription to credit bureaus, but after six months, I have seen no such reporting or any results. My efforts to cancel through emails and texts have only received auto-reply messages, with tickets automatically closed and no working phone numbers to contact. I have been billed three payments: two of $67 and one of $99, totaling $233, without any resolution. I request an immediate cancellation of my subscription, a full refund, and compensation for the inconvenience caused. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.
