Outstanding service from start to finish! These guys are super professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely personable. Whether it’s engine work, wheel alignment, tires, or oil changes, they do an excellent job and make you feel confident that your vehicle is in good hands. Their prices are great, their work is top-notch, and they treat you like a person rather than just another customer. It’s refreshing to find a shop that combines quality workmanship, honesty, fair pricing, and such a friendly attitude. Brought my car in was NOISY and not running properly. Got it back and it's like a new car. Quite and running so Smoothly. I was referred to this place and I'm glad I took my car there. Great people with Outstanding service! This is who I will be taking my business too from now on.

I have done business with Tom Joyce Automotive in the past and just a few days ago. They do very professional work and are up front with you from the get go on cost of repairs before they start work on your vehicle. I highly recommend them.

I just got back from Tom Joyce Automotive. They will be my go to place for vehicle maintenance. I recently moved to the area and lost some coolant causing my engine to overheat. They diagnosed it as a simple hose clamp not being tight. An unscrupulous mechanic would've diagnosed much more expensive problems and I would've been none the wiser. Previous reviewers were spot on saying this place was honest and that is what brought me into their shop in the first place. The ladies at the counter were super nice as well. Thank-you to all Tom Joyce employees. You earned my future business.

Dependable, honest! Never an upsell. This visit was for a small oil leak which we noticed a couple weeks after an oil change. Turned out the gasket on the oil plug was bad, which they replaced at no charge! I didn't expect (or ask for it) to be done at no charge. Five stars!

Always honest and fair! I take my 2 cars and a truck there. They diagnosis problems and warning lights, give prices, make suggestions, and do work at a fair price. I never feel taken advantage of for the work I agree to have done, they even install the new parts I buy myself. It's great finding an honest business and dependable!
