We've done a fair amount of projects with Elmer and his crew. I really value his transparency and his communication. A few projects entailed fixing some water damage, where water is leaking through the walls. I won't call anyone else for this. He does a really good job with this and runs really good tests after repair to ensure that the problem is solved. Before I had met Elmer, I had talked to a good amount of people about repairing a wall leak, but they kept proposing things that did not feel right and were not reasonable in price. Elmer is very knowledgeable and is someone I trust doing work in my home.
