Received excellent service and communication from Tobias today for my annual RC ducted system and split unit service. Tobias identified a small issue in the ducting, explained it well and sought my agreement to repair it, which was very much appreciated.

Great service & prompt attention. Toby & Lachy were friendly and knowledgeable working carefully on a tricky stairwell and with a nosy toddler asking questions. Cleanup was exceptional when replacing my oven. Very happy.

I rung Mitsubishi Electric who recommended T&K Airpower. From the moment I rung to book an appointment to having a technician (Ciaran) fix my airconditioner, the service was extremely professional. Definitely recommend. Thankyou.

From my first to my last contact with T&K AirPower I was impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the young men who installed our new air conditioning system were punctual, polite and efficient. Thank you Ollie, Noah and Mick for a job well done. The customer service provided by everyone was of the highest standard, and I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending T&K AirPower.

Hi Corinna, I appreciate taking your time to send this review. I will reach out and discuss this further as the work that was done was a switchboard upgrade to the home due to unsafe and outdated electrical safety switches. I would like to further understand the concerns you have about taking advantage of seniors, we take this very serious and it is not how we operate.

The technician onsite should explained what was found, given you a quote to accept and would never do the work without your approval. Please reach out to us to discuss further, we will try to contact you as well. Thanks - Oliver - T&K Airpower
