We were faced with a difficult shower problem. A problem a major company refused to work on and showed poor judgement on the actual source. Tidewater came in, assessed the problem, and made recommendations. They spent the better part of the day fixing the issue and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend these for folks for their 'Can do' attitude, and ingenuity, to fix a complicated problem!

Called Tidewater about a leak from the back of the toilet. I was worried that they would not be able to help since I live in the Wilmington area but they were willing to come take a look. Turned out to be a worn out wax ring which they replaced in no time. Top notch service!!!
