These guys are awesome! I take all of our cars to get repaired at Thompson Auto. Derek has answered all my questions, been truthful about everything, and has fixed all our stuff wonderfully. We called around to get pricing, and everyone else was almost DOUBLE of Thompsons. This is the only place I trust and will go too until they kick me out! 🤣🤣🤣
Thompson’s Automotive is top notch! They should be wearing capes, as far as I’m concerned. Their attention to detail and outstanding customer service are the best I’ve ever seen. I don’t trust my car with anyone else!
I took my car in to get the AC fixed, and I could not be happier with the service at Thompson automotive. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is tough, but these guys proved their integrity right away. In addition to fixing the AC, they did an inspection and pointed out a couple of other minor issues. Because I already knew about those pre-existing issues, I knew they were being 100% honest with me. They didn't try to upsell me on anything extra or invent fake problems. Anthony the owner is fair, honest, accurate, professional, and completely transparent—I will absolutely be bringing my car back here. Beats anyone in Tulsa.
Needed some major labor intensive work done on my 2013 5.7 Hemi Engine from day, one, Derrick and the staff was a very pleasant experience to deal with was very upfront from day one and used high-quality parts and I am very pleased with the work that was done. Wasn’t told of diagnostic fee. Anthony was best one there. Multiple estimates confusing, upcharging. Too techy and dime ya to death for me in addition not using common sense. Total estimate too high compared to others

I had an incident with my vehicle that unfortunately was unexpected but I happened to run across Thompson and pulled into their driveway. Went inside and they took a look at my issue and said they would do their best to take a look asap. Called me back the next day, turns out it was an easy fix and didn’t charge an arm and a leg
to take care of it. I’m very pleased with the outcome and definitely will be using their services again!
