After many weeks of anxious waiting, the day came 2 weeks ago to have my cataract surgery. Was delighted with not just the experience (speed, environment) but also the immediate realisation that I could see very clearly immediately afterwards. A big thank you to the whole team. On the 25 October I had cateract surgery and may I say I could not have wished for a better experience From arriving I was put at ease and informed of all the procedure would entail offered a drink and from the moment of arriving till I left felt relaxed and confident

What can I say that everyone who has had cataract surgery were very pleased. I had mine done on the 19th speyember and couldn't believe the change. I'm 67 years old and I have been wearing glasses since I was 8!! The transformation was incredible. I have my other eye done. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The hospital is fabulous , from the moment I went in the excellent customer service was great , taken straight away to the waiting room, very good service asked if I wanted a tea or coffee or water, I wasn’t waiting long and was taken to have my eyes tested and drops put in , then taken back to waiting room, I was then taken for all the drops to be put in , explained everything she was doing , then taken to operation room . It was so quick to do the operation and then to the waiting to get my information on how to look after my eyes and then I left , all together it only took 2.30 hours and I was off home . Anyone thinking about going to the Stoney Gate Eye Hospital I would certainly recommend them there excellent Angie Walker

Absolutely delighted with my lens replacement surgery at the Stoneygate eye hospital. The recovery on the 1st eye was challenging due to an allergic reaction, but the care & support i received throughout this time was exceptional! I had complete confidence in Mr Kumar & his team. 2nd surgery went smoothly as all previous issues were addressed & prevented. I'm thrilled with my vision now, & not had to wear glasses since!
