The septic group has been our go to firm for all things septic related. They consistently deliver great service and value. Sean, who we had the opportunity to work with recently, was extremely knowledgeable and honest with respect to services that did and did not need to be performed at this time. We continue to be impressed.
This is a picture of their "cleaned" grease trap. There was still over an inch of grease I had to clean out myself. I called them because my grease trap was leaking out of the lid after one week of service. They didn't tighten the lid correctly and apparently didn't really clean the grease trap. I asked them to check and they said they would have to charge me to come back out. Horrible customer service.
