She’s well informed and knows about each property well …she has prepared her show around with great knowledge of the surrounds and pitches at the right level so the buyer trusts her judgement . I saw a Fetcham bungalow today with her and was pleased to say she knew her stuff well . Shes also a professional charming young lady and gets to know the vendor and the buyers needs so that she can pitch her sales to that level and get the most from the meeting .

The Person in question G.O. did run me over in his car on his way home. It is frightening to think of these people are actually coming to your house.

Shannon has been helping me with my new house purchase now for a number of weeks. From initial viewings to various questions I have and also the follow up visits . Well I have to say how delightful, patient and warm hearted she really is. She has made this process so much easier for me and as I’m nearly 80 I’ve seen many people over the years to know Shannon really is a star!

Good service
Personal Agent found a buyer after another local agent had been unable to do so during their sole agency period. The sale was slightly complicated as the buyer was selling two properties and so there was 2 chains running. I felt that Dan kept me informed on how things were proceeding and that he put considerable effort into following up progress with the solicitors further down both these chains.
