Really good buying experience. The agents were always responsive and helpful. Were lovely and knowledgeable on the viewings - felt like they had a purpose rather than just being someone to open a door.
It got really interesting when Sarah, the sales progressor, came into the picture. She would not let my solicitors or the the sellers solicitors waste any time. Kept on top of them and pushed the transaction to complete as swiftly as possible.
Highly recommended for anyone trying to sell their house. They will get it done and all parties will be happy!
Not great !!!
It was an open day - small house in a central location - I was optimistic it might be "mine".
However,
*unable to access the garden,
*view 1 of the 3 bedrooms and
*the garage was also locked.
I took time off work to see the whole property with a view to buying. Grrrrrrrrrr
Lady who showed me round was pleasant and on time.

I had two viewings with the personal agent today, one with Rosie and one with Shannon and they were both well informed, able to answer all questions I had and provided me with details about when things were built and/or installed. They both had a friendly manner and were personable. We also recently sold our place through the personal agent. It was listed quickly and within a few days we had our first viewing booked. We received feedback quickly and were very happy to have it sold within 2 weeks of listing.

Ray at the Personal Agent was the selling agent for our recent property purchase. From the first viewing Ray was responsive and helped co-ordinate further viewings with trades people with no fuss.
