We have recently exchanged contracts and hope to complete in early October. TPA took over this sale from another agent in November 2025 and immediately gave the marketing a real boost with great video editing and an active social media campaign. We did have a few hurdles along the way as the chain involved 3 other couples and some tricky agents and solicitors, but the team were well lead by Mark and his persistence and dedication really helped to get this over the line.
