I would love to highly recommend my experience with the mortgage mum. Our broker Sue Hems, worked amazingly hard to secure us a mortgage on our dream home (which wasn’t easy with us being first time buyers and self employed!) I take my hat off to Sue and all of the team. They were lovely, considerate and understanding of our situation and were the most lovely people in handling our case. Trying to remortgage whilst balancing life and work could have been a nightmare. Thankfully I was recommended to the Mortgage Mum and was able to have Gemma Bennett help us navigate through what can be a pretty arduous and laborious process. Gemma was extremely helpful from the outset. Her knowledge and diligence from the first phone call was exceptional. Tina, is fabulous. We had been recommended her through a friend and as first time buyers her commitment and dedication to getting the right product for us was exemplary. She had scheduled calls for us throughout, talked through everything with us, responded quickly to any questions we had at any stage, supported us through several different stages of our housing journey and advised us on different options and their benefits. Her communication and the delivery of it was so friendly and approachable. She had drafted a budget planner for us and several other useful documents. Highly recommend Tina to absolutely anyone buying a house! There aren’t enough complimentary words to describe how fantastic Tina is. Tina was excellent, helping us through the minefield of providing all of the necessary documents and deciding what kind of mortgage would suit us best. Even once the mortgage was sorted and we had found a property she continued to check in with us and provided advice about the process even when it was not directly related to the mortgage. Throughout the process she was very human and friendly which makes it a less stressful experience All of our meetings were in the evenings via Teams so we didn't have to take time off work, and she was very responsive to emails.

We recently completed the purchase of our first home and Joanna Connolly from The Mortgage Mum was our mortgage broker. I could not recommend her highly enough; she thoroughly considered every aspect of our circumstances so we could get the best possible deal.
