Tina was fabulous every step of the way. We spoke to a few brokers at outset and no one was as thorough. As first time buyers we had lots of questions, all answered swiftly and fully. My partner is also self employed and she was great in helping us through the many hoops required. Tina ensured we both understood everything and had considered all of our outgoings - she even picked up on some regular outgoings that we had missed off our list! The fee may be slightly higher than other brokers but is worth every penny. She definitely is my Mortgage Mum!

I highly recommend Tina to anyone needing a mortgage broker. All of my self-employed friends have told me the horrors of getting a mortgage but with Tina she made everything fairly easy, clearly setting out what she needed from me. I have also only ever heard my friends moan about their brokers but Tina has been excellent. She has always responded to me quickly and even on evenings and weekends. I would never go to anyone else now!

Our mortgage advisor was Melissa Cook, what a pleasure she was! Extremely attentive, very responsive and she has a great deal of knowledge. It was very helpful that she worked remote and around our shifts, Melissa accommodated our schedules well. Melissa done everything for us, she made the process of us getting our first home so much easier - she explained things well and made sure we understood everything before moving on. We can’t thank Melissa and everyone we had contact with at The Mortgage Mum enough - we would not have been able to do it without you guys. Massive thank you to you all. ⭐️ Highly recommend. ⭐️

After finding out our landlord was selling the property we’ve lived in for 10years and facing the prospect of homelessness with 3 children we contacted Liz for help and advice. Like the absolute fairy godmother she is she found us a mortgage deal that fitted around our circumstances (which in the current climate is a miracle) and which meant we could afford to buy the property that we currently live in. Liz and the team have kept us fully updated throughout the process and we finally completed today 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Kim Balasubramaniam was so very efficient, helpful, professional and friendly. Kim researched the market for the best deals and arranged some buy to let remortgages for me. Her offered rates were more competitive than going directly to the mortgage company online. Took the work and stress out of the whole process. We just completed our remortgaging yesterday. Without The Mortgage Mum we could not get the deal we have now. We'd like to say a big thank you for Zita Latham who found us a great deal and had patient to explain us everything we needed to know even way beyond sometimes (lots of times!) out of office hours and from holiday!! She

Tina was amazing from start to finish. She was so thorough and helpful and we felt fully supported throughout the whole remortgage process. We had to remortgage just as the mortgage rates jumped up and Tina managed to find us a good rate that we were comfortable with but while we were waiting for it to go through she found us an even better one. I honestly cant recommend her enough for her patients and kindness.

Our mortgage requirements were more complicated than most. Katrina provided us with clear information right from the start and was very patient in answering all our questions. Just arranged our remortgage with Sue Hems, excellent service! She also helped us with our original mortgage as a first time buyer, and made the process much easier and understandable. Also made sure to help us lock in a new rate long in advance of our fixed term end date to ensure as good a rate as possible. Will certainly be using these services again once our new term comes to an end!

We didn’t think it was possible to get a replacement mortgage deal given the negative press / social media.
We made a decision (based on a recommendation) to use The Mortgage Mum. We can’t believe how easy it was and the exceptional service we received from Katie.
