Never heard back I had a call with Nirali who I told I had to be brief as I was getting ready for work, instead if the 5 mins suggested, she was fifteen, most of which was her telling me what I already knew. She told me to gather some info. for her which I spent an hour or so doing and to let her know when I could speak next. I replied to her text, but got no response, so I called her and left a voicemail, still nothing. This was weeks ago. Meanwhile I contacted another firm, sent the info, had a five minute chat and he answered all my questions without hesitation. Not sure why she wasn't able to do that but it really bugs me when conpanies never get back to you with no explanation!
