Had an out of the ordinary situation that required DNA testing. My appt. was with Fady George(the owner) at the New Port Richey, FL. location. The location is very easy to access with plenty of parking. The reception area was clean organized & welcoming. Plus his professionalism was outstanding! He took the time to thoroughly explain the labs process as a whole, the reasons for collecting a certain sample, & the details within the paperwork (even the fine print) that this situation required. No question I had went unanswered & I had many, so It was great! Took all the stress & anxiety out of the process & situation. I encourage everyone to use this location even if it’s out of the way because you’ll be in the best possible hands whether it’s a routine lab visit or a unique situation like mine.
