Renald was fantastic. He came and fixed our motion light by garage and installed new smoke/fire/carbon monoxide equipment. He was courteous, friendly, and knew the correct things that needed to be done. We would love to have him anytime services were needed again.

This company surpassed my expectations on many levels. First, the confirmation text came with a picture of the technician who was coming to my house. What an excellent and exceptional customer service. I knew exactly who was coming. Ryan went over and above what he was contracted for completing each task, and we had plenty, in a very professional manner. He was also personable. My experience was exceptional. I would recommend them to everyone.

We had Happy Outlet, Renald Malasaga, perform two (2) jobs for us. Renald is very knowledge, competent, articulate and detailed orientated. In the two (2) separate days he was at our home he a couple of trainees with him. He is a great teacher in training those two individuals. The invoices he prepared for us were perfect. It was pleasure having Ranald in our home.

Alex was on time and dressed appropriatley. He greeted the both of us professionally, with a firm handshake and eye contact, thoughout our interaction. I contacted the Happy Outlet for an estimate to install a 220 14-50 receptacle in my garage. They charged me $90 for a full inspection then gave me an estimate. They wanted $13,000 to run wire from the panel to the garage!! That’s insane! I called another local and very reputable company. They came out and game me a free estimate, and installed the receptacle for $2,000. I was shocked and am hoping they aren’t charging other homeowners these ridiculous rates!!! PLEASE GET A SECOND ESTIMATE BEFORE HIRING THEM!!!!!!

Charles, we understand why comparing $13,000 to $2,000 would be shocking without the context behind the two proposals. Our recommendation was not simply to run wire and install a receptacle.
As part of our SureFix System Evaluation, we performed a load calculation on your home. The calculated load was already approximately 102 amps on a 100-amp service before adding the EV charger. Because EV charging adds a significant continuous electrical load, our proposal included load-management equipment so the charger could be added without overloading the existing service.
Our technician should have made that distinction much clearer. We never want a homeowner to walk away with a price without understanding what we found, what we’re recommending, and why.
We’re glad you found a solution that worked for you. We would, however, encourage you to confirm that a load calculation was performed and that the additional EV load was properly accounted for. Our goal isn’t simply to get something powered; it’s to help you make an informed, safe decision about your home and recommend a solution we believe will be safe and reliable for the long term.
Our Service Manager will reach out personally to review what we found and help you understand the difference between the two estimates. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this and, hopefully, provide some useful information about your electrical system.
