At first, this was a great experience. They were prompt, polite, and the work was done quickly. Appreciate that! The only instal issue still lingering is the tech said he'd be back because he didn't have cover for the exposed wires after the new door unit had a different size button vs. what was there. So I still have exposed wire but I'll fix that now that I know the tech is for sure NOT coming back out.
Here's why 3 stars not 5. I have requested 6 or 7 times to have a written explanation from the company as to why they chose to replace vs. repair the unit. I need this explanation so I can give it to the home warranty people and be reimbursed for the expense. This should take literally 5 minutes and a quick email. But here we are 5 months later, 6 or 7 requests, phone calls and email and nothing.
So, if you need quick service...this company is probably just as good as any other. But should you need followup service or additional support...this company will leave you wanting.
Opener started humming this morning but the door wouldn't budge. Thought I was looking at a big bill, but US Garage Door Heroes got here fast and found the motor had burned out. They swapped it in and tested everything out. Door opens and closes smooth now, and the price was way better than I expected.

The garage door was making loud banging sounds every time it moved. These guys replaced the worn rollers and tightened everything up. Took about an hour total, and now it’s running smooth and quiet. Definitely call them if your door starts acting noisy.

The cable on our garage door came loose and was just hanging there over the weekend. US Garage Door Heroes Repair and Install arrived swiftly, secured all components, and swapped out the spring. Door is back to normal now.

had a gap under my garage door letting in cold air so i called these guys. dude showed up, fixed the seal, tightened stuff and now its super snug. no more chilly drafts inside. the price was decent too. if you’re in queen creek az, def hit them up.

noticed some water stains inside and my garage door was sagging on one side when it opened. called US Garage Door Heroes Repair & Install and they swapped out the spring that was shot. dude even broke down what was wrong. door’s running way smoother now, pretty happy with how it went down.

Garage door opener stopped working yesterday, wouldn’t lift the door at all. Had a tech come out from US Garage Door Heroes who swapped out the motor part real quick. Door’s running smooth again and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Glad I called them!
