The Bays Mesa Reviews

5 star facility to get your ride shined up to perfection. Rent out a Bay and do it yourself or professional services are available. There’s even a retail store to purchase products the pros use. Get out of the sun and try them out!

I originally stopped into The Bays Mesa just to pick up some detailing products and ended up finding a great local business. Everyone I've dealt with has been knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and genuinely helpful. They listened to what I was trying to accomplish and recommended Koch-Chemie Magic Wheel Cleaner for a particularly rough set of wheels I was working on — great recommendation and great results. The facility itself is extremely clean, well organized and a fantastic setup if you like detailing your own car but don't necessarily have the space or equipment at home. They also do full Service. I was also invited to their anniversary/birthday event and had a great time. There were beautiful cars, good company, raffles, and I met some really great people — including members of a local Mercedes club I probably didn't need to discover for the sake of my wallet. 😂 It's refreshing to find a locally owned business where the people are knowledgeable, approachable and actually enthusiastic about the car community. I'll definitely be back.

A detail enthusiasts dream spot. I love my car & love keeping it clean but I’m exhausted with washing outside in the scorching heat, & sun. It just ruins my experience. I found the Bays and it’s everything I need in one spot. Indoor self-service car washing and detailing bays. It’s awesome, totally separate spaces that allow me to wash & then detail my car. Lots of cool cars too when I was there so I felt right at home with other car enthusiasts. They have a retail store that is huge. Tons of products like Koch Chemie, Gyeon, DIY Detail, and Rag Company & IK sprayers, all the stuff I use, and right on the shelf. Mike the owner was great!! He ales lots of good questions to help me find what I needed…. And what I didn’t. Also, Shout out to Geo too, as he helped me in the the self-service bays understand how to use the equipment. They also have polishing & Ceramic Coatings, so I plan to have The Bays team put some gloss sauce on my ride next month. I can’t tell you how excited I am to have a facility like this in Mesa!!!! I Hope these guys like having me around because I see plenty more self-service bay rentals and retail purchases in my future. A truly Awesome place! I’ve never seen anything like it. You MUST stop in.

I've been wanting to start washing my own car for years but was always a bit intimidated. I finally decided to try this place out, and Mike was incredibly welcoming. I learned so much from him. He truly cares as much about your car as you do and takes the time to walk you through everything. I left with my two-year-old Tesla looking just like it did when I bought it. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

I took my 2017 Civic Type r to Mike and my paint was a mess, he brought my car back to life i also had oil stains in my red bucket seats and he made them look new again. I would highly recommend his services he knows his stuff and his shop and he also has a wash bay if you want to wash and do your own car.

Thansk, Zachary! I never want anyone to feel intimidated by a process or the equipment and there is a lot of confusing i fo on products out there so I work hard to make sure clients understand the products and don't get blinded by hype! Glad you enjoyed your time at The Bays!

Exceptional work, so happy I brought my Audi Q7 here. The ceramic coat looks amazing. Customer services and communication is amazing. They even sent me a link so I could watch the process live via video. I recommend the Bays Mesa without reservation. Get your vehicle scheduled today before they get to busy and have to schedule you out a month. Thanks Chris

Amazing facility and service. First time here as we were looking for a place to do some work out of the heat. Such a great setup and Mike even offered advice/suggestions that helped address some specific finish issues we were trying to fix. Car looks much nicer on the way out vs when we got there.

I couldn’t recommend The Bays Mesa more, it’s an absolute game changer for detailing your vehicle in Arizona. Whether you're renting a bay for a few hours or just stopping in to grab some high grade products, they truly have it all. Mike (one of the owners) is incredibly knowledgeable and creates an awesome, welcoming environment for customers. If you do rent a bay, expect top tier equipment and a clean, stress free zone to get the job done right. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend giving them a try!
