Jonathan came to my house to repair a small dent on the door of my 2023 BMW i4. The dent wasn’t large, but it was located directly below the door handle and caught my eye every time I walked up to the car. Jonathan was friendly, professional, and transparent. He took the time to explain the repair, answer my questions, and walk me through what he was seeing. I watched the repair from start to finish and appreciated that there was no pressure or upselling—just honest advice and clear expectations. My dent was located on a body line, which Jonathan explained can make repairs more challenging than dents on a flat section of a panel. He showed me the distortion using a reflection board so I could understand exactly what he was correcting. I was a little nervous about access to the back side of the panel, but he explained everything beforehand. In my case, he only needed to remove a small interior trim piece to gain access, and everything was reassembled perfectly with no issues afterward. The repair was scheduled for 1.5 hours but was completed in under an hour. I chose the Premium repair option and the result met my expectations. I can no longer find the dent at all. The only thing still visible is the small paint chip that was already there before the repair. I’m fairly detailed-oriented and this was one of those imperfections that seemed minor but became surprisingly aggravating once I noticed it. Seeing it completely gone is incredibly satisfying. I would absolutely use Jonathan and Dent Time again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for paintless dent repair.
