Pete is an excellent massage therapist. He works with me to address my knee pain and always tailors each session to what I need that day. He uses a variety of techniques and also shares helpful recommendations for stretches and recovery. I always feel better after seeing him!

Absolutely amazing. Pete knows what he's doing! I could tell he was evaluating my muscles and joints as he went so the massage was very personalized. I really loved the stretch with the massage, I felt like it loosened the muscles more than a massage alone. Already booked my next appointment!

The muscles in my neck, back and shoulders were very tight. Pete was able to relieve the pain in my shoulders, neck and back as well as relax my leg muscles which were cramping a lot. Highly recommend if you experience pain because of tight muscles.

Came in with extreme pain in my shoulders. This style of Thai massage addressed my pain without any discomfort unlike other massages I had in the past. Really enjoyed the hot stones used during massage too. Very relaxing, clean and meditative environment. Will definitely return.

Amazing massage. I told him about my shoulder injuries and he got deep in the muscles. Most places don’t know the right muscle to work on but Peter knows his stuff. Would highly recommend! Will be coming back here for sure.

Wonderful experience.!!! I look forward to my sessions. Being an older individual, the massages have helped with my multiple muscle pains and aches, and have helped with my balance and ability to walk without a cane for short distances. I wish I had found Thai Massage and Stretch sooner.
