Fausto, Thanks for your review of our home inspection.
The inspector was extremely through and found a problem in our attic with the AC unit. We have recently had the AC checked three times by the AC service provider and they never noticed the problem. The Texas Inspector gave us peace of mind that all of our major appliances are functioning at peak performance. I’d highly recommend this company and will have them come back in the future to recheck everything is still working properly.

Gaurav, Thanks for your comments and 5-star review of our home inspection. We strive to get you the information you need to make an informed choice.
Texan Inspection Services lived up to expectations. Derek came out to our house to do an overall inspection of our house. We have been in our house for over a decade, so was curious to see if it needed any fixes. Derek spent a few hours inspecting every corner of the house and was a pleasure to talk to. We had a few questions and Derek answered all our questions with no hesitation. I would recommend Texan Inspection Services to anyone looking to buy, sell or just get a status update on your home.

Dan, We appreciate you taking time to send us your review. Thanks for your 5-star review of our home inspection.
I'd like say to that this was my very first offer on a home accepted so I had no idea of what to expect. I contacted Texan Inspection and I had them out 2 days later, very fast and easy. I met David there along with my realtor. Wow was he thorough. His pictures and report were amazing, I never would've noticed any of the things he spotted. Unfortunately I ended up not buying the house because of all that was wrong with it but thanks to David and Texan Inspection, I really saved a lot of money from buying a property that would've been a disaster. I'm definitely using them soon when I find another house, thanks guys!

I had an amazing experience with Texan Inspection Services and cannot recommend them highly enough!
Right from the start, their customer service set them apart. After requesting a quote online, Kathleen called me right away to answer my questions and clearly explain the whole inspection process and what would be covered. Unlike other companies that rely entirely on automated text messages with zero phone support—and make you sign a 40-page agreement just for a standard inspection—Texan Inspection Services made everything clear, simple, and straightforward. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable compared to the competition.
Steve did an absolute 10/10 job on our home inspection. He took his time, never rushed, and examined every single detail of the property meticulously. They use fantastic high-tech equipment, including drones to inspect the roof closely and advanced tools like infrared technology to check behind the walls. After completing the walkthrough, Steve went over a verbal summary with us on-site to answer all of our immediate questions, and we received the full, detailed written report that very same day!
If you need a reliable, thorough, and modern home inspection company, hire Steve and Texan Inspection Services. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and family!
