Great service. Ryan was very professional and friendly. He inspected our home inside and out for rodents after we had seen one in our home. He plugged all possible entrances, set bait stations around the exterior and set traps in attic and crawl space. No more noises in the attic. Forterra will continue to maintain the property.

Forterra Peat Control are extremely professional, friendly, and really good at what they do. The gentleman, Billy, who took care of our ant problem & any other critters we never saw, we appreciate him so much, and I'm glad not to be sharing my bathroom with ants anymore. I highly recommend this company. I also like to add that the price is affordable and subscribing instead of a one time spray is the best deal I've ever experienced. Im glad I chose this company.

Clay was super helpful at the last visit with our pest problems. We saw rats the night before and forterra quickly came out the next day and set everything up pretty quickly even with the baits id given since I didnt want to use poison with my pets around.

Excellent service overall. He was punctual, thorough, and clearly knew what he was doing. Our pest issue was resolved quickly, and the pricing was fair. Would definitely use his services again.

Casey, with Forterra Pest did my pest control service today. He is highly recommended, as he does it all to keep those bugs and pests away! I have used Forterra Pest since moving here 4 years ago and I never seen a pest!!!! They are well worth the money, and so is Casey!!!!!

Service Technician Ryan Anderson treated the inside of our home, the outside, and the yard for the basic service. Ryan is so nice and courteous. He explained to me if I still saw a pest to let Forterra know and he would come back out before the next scheduled basic treatment. I appreciate Ryan Anderson and Forterra.

Parker, with Forterra Pest Control, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He did a fantastic job eradicating the wasps in our chimney. He plans on doing a follow treatment in a few days to check the chimney again and work on the attic. We plan to use this company quarterly and will definitely request Parker! Thanks!

I couldn't get past the initial phase of contact. I requested a quote and then was overwhelmed with multiple phone calls, voicemails, text messages and emails from 3 different people. I'm sure the techs are great based on the other reviews, but the sharky sales upfront and the fact that they gave me two different price quotes was a turn-off.

We experienced a crossed wire between our automated follow-up system and our live team, resulting in way too many notifications. We hate spam as much as you do! We attempted to reach out afterwards to offer a free service or heavily discounted program to make up for the frustration, but we understand why you might be hesitant. We hope you found a provider that fits your needs. And hope that you might consider us next time.
