Andrew was so very helpful. Besides answering all our computer questions and completing the setup, he also helped us with the TV streaming. Our computer had so many updates, that he started them and gave us his # that we will text to, to let him know that everything was okay. We will use Andrew again with our older computer. He indicated that he was willing to look at it to find the "problem", but we know that the operating system is so old (Windows 7) that there may be nothing that can be done. But his optimistic attitude is an asset to the company. It was a positive experience all around.

Andrew is fantastic!!!! I was having internet issues which literally shuts my house down. Andrew had initially set up the system and within minute of arriving within 1 hour had the issues resolved!! Courteous and so professional! I’d give him 10 stars!
